Hollow Fiber Membrane(PMP)
As a leading filtration group worldwide, Cobetter has independently developed the hollow fiber membrane and is capable of volume production. The hollow fiber membrane is widely used at medical oxygenation products and membrane ventilator applications for years.
The Polymethylpentene (PMP) composed capillary membrane has an asymmetric sponge-like structure along with a dense outer skin. The outer dense skin not only prevents entry of liquids through the pores even for prolonged applications but also maintains excellent gas diffusion performance because of its extremely small thickness. The high porosity and uniform pore distribution in the capillary wall ensures the outstanding permeability of oxygen and carbon dioxide, while the thin outer skin avoids the direct contact of liquids and gas.
The mechanical stability of Cobetter Hollow Fiber Membrane makes it suitable for various knitting methods and surface coating treatment, while no compromise in gas diffusion performance or liquids resistance occurs.
The Superiorities of Cobetter Hollow Fiber Membrane:
· Hydrophobic,Outer Dense Skin to Prevent Liquids Penetration
· Asymmetric Sponge-Like Structure, Optimize the Gas Exchange Performance
· Long Duration Diffusion Performance without Direct Contact of Liquid and Gas
· Knitting: Single Thread or Mats
· Available for Various Surface Coating
· High Mechanical Stability
